Taking a deep breath when you are stressed or overwhelmed is second nature. But breathwork is more than just a deep breath. It encompasses thousand-year-old techniques for deep relaxation. The term breathwork is relatively new, and it is said to positively influence the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of those who use it.

Breathwork can relieve stress, and create present moment awareness. It is as simple as taking a few moments a day to practice controlled breath.
