Affirmations seem to be everywhere these days, for good reason. They are vital to manifestation and a positive mental state. If you are looking to overcome self-limiting beliefs or negative self-talk, affirmations might be the answer.

Affirmations are simple phrases that you repeat to yourself daily, hourly, or weekly. Basically, whenever you feel like you may need them! They are typically said/written/repeated in the present tense. Affirmations are a wonderful self-empowerment tool that is easily accessible to anyone!
